Advait Kurlekar brings over 30 years of experience in industry, management consulting, and coaching. He has worked with leading organizations such as Tata Motors, AF Ferguson, and PwC before founding Upohan Management Consultants. An expert in Business Strategy, Balanced Scorecard, and HR consulting, he has led transformation projects across BFSI, engineering, automotive, retail, pharma, FMCG, hospitality, media, and advertising.

For the past 15 years, Advait has been an active startup mentor, conducting workshops on business planning, business model canvas, idea validation, and go-to-market strategies. He has served as Chair of TiE Pune’s flagship mentoring program Nurture Accelerator and continues to guide early-stage ventures.

An alumnus of IIT Bombay and trained at Wharton Business School, he currently serves as Chairman of IITBAA, on the Boards of SPPU Research Park Foundation, Sakthi Finance, and Pradeep Metals, and advises several B-schools and incubators.
