As the Global Center of Excellence Leadership, he architected and launched offshore Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for industry giants like Exult and Hewitt, enabling them to deliver superior services to global clients. He Built and scaled PeopleSoft’s largest support and delivery center outside the U.S., growing it to 900+ employees in just 18 months under the Build-Operate Transfer (BOT) model — widely regarded as one of the most successful BOT engagements in Asia.
