1. TiE Global Trustee (Board Member since 2022):
a. Global Chair for Nurture – organized mentoring program for TiE
b. Chaired masterclasses for TiE Global Summit (TGS) 2022
c. Carried our responsibilities as mandated by the BoT, for example work with TiE SoCal
2. TiE – Pune: Charter Member since 2009 and President between 2016-19.
a. Founding member of TiE Pune Nurture mentoring program in 2012 and been a mentor since then. Helped create
Guru sessions and expand Nurture to Hubli, Nagpur, Surat. Nurture is leading program across TiE chapters.
b. Mentored over 60 startups as part of Nurture program, TiE Women and TiE U competitions. Some of the
Nurture founders are now charter members in TiE Pune.
c. Started masterclasses in TiE Pune wherein classroom teaching is combined with hands-on. TiE Pune has
over ten masterclasses covering diverse areas. Main faculty for Organizing Sales, Designing Go To Market
Strategy, AI; co faculty for Validating Your Idea and Strategy classes
d. Helped create NTT Data as a sponsor wherein TiE Pune sources startups for collaboration for NTT Data. The
program is now extended to other chapters in India, TiE Singapore, and others global chapters.
3. 14Trees: Director & Volunteer of 14Trees, a not-for-profit organization for reforestation of uncultivable land
4. Mojo Networks: Co-founder & President – Mojo Networks from 2003 to 2018 until its acquisition by Arista
Networks in Aug 2018. Headquartered in Mountain View, CA and funded by SV VCs, Mojo Networks built
patented technology for wireless intrusion prevention (WIPS) and massively scalable Cloud Managed WiFi.
Technology was deployed by leading Fortune corporations, large financial institutions, and Governments around
the world. World’s largest WiFi deployment was carried out under my direct leadership.
5. Angel Investment: Bombay Shaving Company, GigIndia, ExtraEdge & FortuneInfoServe, Contractzy, Women’s
CricZone, SeriGen, Wanderlooms, All is Well, Fishmongers and 18th Parallel.
6. IITB eYantra Program: Advisor & faculty. Created a virtually delivered course on Entrepreneurship during the
pandemic
7. IITB SINE: Part of the Advisory Committee; Chairperson for shortlisting entrepreneurs for MeitY and NIDHI grants
