Jitendra Tanna has spent over three and a half decades proving that “strategy” and “execution” can, in fact, be friends. A serial entrepreneur and growth evangelist, he has built, scaled, and transformed more IT service organizations than most people have had cups of coffee on a Monday morning.

He kicked off his entrepreneurial adventure as Founder Director of Rapidigm India, which later evolved into Fujitsu Consulting India where he served as Vice President and led digital transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients across the globe. Basically, if there was a complex problem, Jitendra probably had a whiteboard marker and a plan.

Later, as Founder & CEO of Eternus Solutions, he took on the mission of helping global businesses grow smarter, faster, and sometimes even happier by blending strategy, technology, and a little bit of magic (or maybe just great leadership).

Outside the boardroom, Jitendra wears many hats – mentor, advisor, investor, and speaker – though thankfully not all at once. He’s an active Charter Member and Governing Council Member at TiE Pune, a Partner at SVP Pune, and a Limited Partner at Moneta Ventures, USA, proving that “giving back” isn’t just a philosophy; it’s a full-time hobby.

When he’s not building businesses or mentoring founders, Jitendra is known for his infectious enthusiasm, people-first mindset, and the uncanny ability to make leadership lessons sound like stand-up comedy. His mantra? Build teams with clarity, scale with culture, and never take success too seriously unless there’s coffee involved.
