Abhishek Rathi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of vCreaTek Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd., a Pune-based data analytics and information management firm. With a B.Tech in Computer Engineering and early career experience as a Business Intelligence consultant at L&T Infotech, Rathi combined technical expertise with entrepreneurial vision to launch vCreaTek in 2014. Leaving a family business in Kolkata and a corporate role behind, he started vCreaTek with just five team members and a mission to help businesses harness the power of data. Over the past decade, Rathi has grown vCreaTek from a startup into a thriving organization of over 350 professionals. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its services from core data warehousing and analytics to a broad suite of offerings including healthcare analytics, business intelligence consulting, and academic mentorship initiatives. vCreaTek today serves clients across industries such as retail, supply chain, and healthcare, delivering technology-driven solutions that drive decision-making and efficiency. Rathi’s accomplishments as an entrepreneur have earned wide recognition. He was honored as one of the top five finalists of the Mahesh Idol Award 2024, a prestigious accolade celebrating excellence in entrepreneurship within the Maheshwari professional community. Under his guidance, vCreaTek has also been lauded for its corporate social responsibility, receiving special recognition at the Rotary CSR Awards 2025 for the company’s contributions to social causes. Beyond steering a successful business, Abhishek Rathi is deeply committed to community service and inclusive leadership. He serves as the President (2024-25) of the Rotary Club of Pune Professionals, where he spearheads initiatives in children’s education, water conservation, and other community projects. Within his organization, Rathi has championed an inclusive hiring initiative—pledging to recruit at least one specially-abled individual every six months. By bringing on board visually impaired talent and providing mentorship, he has fostered a more diverse workplace and set an example for the industry. Through his leadership, Rathi exemplifies how entrepreneurial success can go hand-in-hand with social responsibility and inclusivity, positioning him as an inspiring role model.

He is keen to contribute to TiE’s mission of fostering entrepreneurship by actively mentoring startups and supporting the growth of SMEs through strategic guidance and hands-on collaboration.
