Presently the Sr Executive Vice President – HR at HDFC Bank. she manages Centre for Excellence in Org Effectiveness, OD & Change, DEI, Wellness and HR Analytics while also leading the HR Delivery team including Talent Acquisition, Regional HR Business Partnering and HR Shared Services She has previously held CHRO positions with Raymond Ltd. and Raheja Universal. Also served as Head of Talent & OD with RPG Enterprises and AIG India. As a strategic HR Leader, Geethaa brings deep expertise in Organization Culture and Change management and Instituting Talent management and Succession Management strategies Geethaa is keen learner especially on Technology in Human Resources. She firmly believes that the future of HR is being rewritten as we speak.
