Mentoring Coordinator – Radcliffe Dept. of Med, University of Oxford
Manjiri is a multifaceted leader whose work spans academia, social impact, journalism, and organisational development across India and the United Kingdom.
She currently serves as Mentoring Coordinator at the Radcliffe Department of Medicine, University of Oxford, and is a PhD Scholarship Candidate at Queen Mary University, London. She holds an MSc in Major Programme Management from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and is a recipient of the prestigious British High Commission Chevening Scholarship for Leadership and Management.
Her professional journey is as wide as it is deep — from a decade in journalism with The Indian Express, Dataquest, and In Mumbai TV, to leadership roles at Zensar Technologies and ICICI Lombard, to serving as Former Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and Former CEO of Global Talent Track (GTT).
A committed changemaker, Manjiri co-founded Maya CARE — a charity serving the elderly across 72 Indian cities, the UK, and Nepal — where she nurtured a team of visually impaired and wheelchair-using individuals into confident leaders who now manage the organisation themselves. This work earned her the She Inspires “Agent of Change” National Award in the UK.
Her influence extends to the entrepreneurial world as well. She was among just 12 professionals selected from 13,000 by LinkedIn to assist Virgin founder Sir Richard Branson in judging and mentoring entrepreneurs competing for a £1 million fund.
A published author with six books to her name — three published by McGraw-Hill and Sage — Manjiri’s writing is used as primary content for leadership training programmes worldwide.
