In my own professional journey of over three decades, I have been blessed with incredible mentors and coaches, who helped me in unlocking my full potential and shaping who I am today.

My coaching philosophy is guided by the belief that every person has the agency and capacity to transform, and it is powered by the purpose of partnering with people in their transformation journeys.

Authencity and honesty are integral to my coaching approach which is centered around my clients. Coaching is a journey of my clients, by them and for them. As a coach, I partner with them as they embark on a journey of self discovery, self awareness and significant shifts that help them in their transformation journeys.

My professional journey of over three decades has been across Industries and roles ranging from a Missile scientist and a Software professional to a Global HR leader and a Business leader. This versatility of experience has helped fuel and sustain my curiosity and appetite for learning, develop agility in my coaching style and partner with empathy and honesty.

I have had the opportunity to be a coach partner in the coaching journeys of many professionals and leaders and work with them as a coach, to help them in discovering and playing to their full potential.

Prameel Kalive’s Professional Experience

Prameela Kalive is the Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Mastek Limited.

She holds Masters Degrees in Engineering and Business Administration and has been in the Industry for over 38 years. She has been a missile scientist with the Defense Research and Development for over a decade before joining the IT Industry.

Prameela became the Indian IT Industry’s First Woman COO in 2019 while with Zensar Technologies. She has led multiple global leadership portfolios spanning across Software Deliveries, Sales & Marketing, Enterprise Presales, Strategy and Human Resources.

Prameela is an alumnus of the London School of Economics and the Indian School of Business. She was awarded the Rising CEO Award for 2015 and the ‘Woman in Tech’ Award by ISG in 2019.

Prameela is a member of the Executive Council of WILL, the Women In Leadeship Forum. She is a strong advocate of inclusive and balanced Leadership and has been actively mentoring and coaching women leaders and professionals across the Industry.

An interesting fun fact about Prameela is that there is a hidden dare devil in her that enjoys the adrenaline rush of adventure sports and she makes the time to pursue Scuba diving, Sky diving and Bungy jumping
