Each participant is paired with a mentor aligned to her sector and stage of business. Every mentor works closely with the founders for focused attention.
Mentors dedicate around 2 hours per founder per month, ensuring consistent, hands-on guidance.
Founders submit SMART goals, decks, and “asks” upfront, enabling mentors to provide targeted support.
Alongside 1:1 mentoring, group sessions allow peer-to-peer sharing, feedback, and collaborative problem-solving.
