Zelam is Director of Kesari Tours, a pioneering travel company since 1984, she started as a tour assistant at 14 before founding her own tourism business in the US. Returning to India, she founded Kesari MICE, successfully managing Asia's largest corporate group on Singapore Dream Cruise. An accomplished traveller who's visited all seven continents including Antarctica, Zelam leads TiE Pune's Women's initiative, championing women entrepreneurs through mentorship programs. She oversees Operations, Air, and Finance departments while driving innovation through AI-driven solutions and experiential travel.
